I'm so thankful to have been cared by Dr. Zinner during an unexpected pregnancy that turned out to be ectopic. Her warmth, sensitivty, and thoroughness helped make a difficult and scary experience so much more tolerable. She was a light. I also saw Dr. Frank for an urgent appointment when Dr. Zinner wasn't in - and seeing her confirmed that this is simply a brilliantly run practice. She was also extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and had a fantastic sense of humor that left my boyfriend and I laughing about the whole thing.

The office itself is comfortable and homey - and each person I've come in contact there (from those working the desk, to the phlebotomist, to the nurses, to the after-hours answering service) has been lovely.

After struggling to get pregnant, we were referred to Dr. Jeff Katz by our IVF specialist. Our son is now 4 and I still consider Dr. Katz and his wonderful clinical and office staff to be some of the greatest people we have interacted with. I was always able to have my questions answered, Dr. Katz was very warm and happy to talk with both my husband and me at each visit. Even on the day of my scheduled C-section, when an emergency caused us to be delayed, he brought some lunch for my husband and spent time chatting with us to help us pass the time. I tell anyone I know that this is the practice to choose and will always do so.

I went to Joan Hier for the first time after experiencing a sexual assault. The front desk helped me to pick a clinician who would be warm, empathetic, and gentle. She was amazing! She kindly explained everything to me as she was doing it and checked in to make sure I was okay. Everyone in the office makes getting an appointment easy and helps to recommend the best fit doctor. I was in a very fragile state at the time and was so grateful to have such a great experience with Dr. Hier!
